Internet enabler is intended to give a computer, belonging to a single user, full internet access. The internet access is effectively one way: the internet enabled computer can establish a connection to any other computer but other computers cannot establish a connection back. This means that the internet enabled computer can use all internet client programs, i.e. browse the web, play games, view movies, talk in chat groups, etc, but cannot run any servers and is safe from outside attacks.
